This meta tag must be placed within the and tags at the start of your page:
This is the script that will warn WebTV users when a page fails to load properly. What happens here is that the text color and background color is the same. If the page fails to load properly, so does the background color, and therefore the warning text is visable to the viewer.

that was pretty damn close for eyeing it! lol), composited at 214,52. Actual opening coordinates: Left side=220 Top=58 Right side=450 Bottom=286
Well, I'm pretty positive most everybody has a an "f-key" for a "view source" Source!
If you'd like to have one your self just do the following:
1) Open a new file at your homepage
2) name it "source" or whatever
3) edit and save it with >nothing< in it (important)
4) copy the following script
5) go back to the "editors" page, recall the file you have just created and paste the script in that file!
6) save in the editors, recall the file, save it to your folders and then assign an F-Key.
To space your text away from the left side of your message, use the
tags.
This adds a margin on the left side to all text that is between them.
To space images,
add the attribute HSPACE= in the tag. HSPACE= just means HORIZONTAL
SPACE.
EXAMPLE:
..this will put 50 pixels of space between the first and second gif
sideways.
To give gifs space up & down,
use the VSPACE= attribute...
EXAMPLE:
..this will put 50 pixels of space between the first and second gif from
up to down.
To make a huge empty space,
use tags.
EXAMPLE:
..will put 222 pixels of vertical space between whatever.
EXAMPLE:
..will put 222 pixels of horizontal space between whatever.
EXAMPLE:
..will act as an ivisable
image, and create a space of whatever size you tell it.
To force a small space in a line of text or whatever, use...
..this means, "And a Non-Breaking SPace".
Use as many as you like in row.
To keep text spaced exactly as typed,
use the tags.
These will keep all text placed between them exactly spaced as typed.

The World Wide Web was conceived by the acedemic community for use by their peers to exchange information. Remember, the DARPA net was originally a closed network. The tag was conceived to allow large documents to be broken down and handled by chapters or other smaller chunks. Many of the attributes here are designed for that specific purpose -- the handling of smaller, related chunks. When reading the explanations below, consider their origins.
The element defines the relationship between two documents. Consider yourself and a friend are reading a multiple page document. Between you is a string tied to one of your fingers, each. The string forms the link. Now consider that you want the next page. You can tug on the string and your friend will give it to you. However, we are a technological society so let us consider that you send a robot for it instead. It follows the string. Now, say this robot is semi-intelligent. Instead of your having to ask it, it assumes that you will need the next page and follows the string and gets it. Whoops, what is the next page? Well, the robot takes a look at the page you have, determines what the next page is and gets it. But how does it determine what is the next page? It looks at the "
